As the Government advice develops further in relation to COVID 19 we can confirm that with effect from today, all of our staff are now enabled to work from home. This means that all incoming calls will be answered and all queries by email can be dealt with in the usual manner.
The FCOhave advised against travel and Higos are currently unable to issue any new travel insurance policies. We will review thison the31stof March 2020 unless anything changes in the meantime, and once reviewed, we will update our customers and continue to keep them updated as things change.
