Customer service is at the heart of what we do. 

At Higos, we’re excited to announce we’ve been awarded Feefo’s 2024 Gold Trusted Service Award for excellence in customer service during 2023!

The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award is for brands that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service all year-round. It shows we’re constantly looking for and developing new ways time and again for our customers and placing customer service at the heart of what we do.

To win this prestigious award, Higos had to collect at least 50 reviews between the 1st of January 2023 and the 31st of December 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5. It’s a true testament to our customer service commitment and a vote of confidence in our brand from our customers.

We’re committed to continuing to deliver the highest quality of service and will continue to listen, understand and respond to all our customers. This is the 2nd year in a row for Higos to win the gold award. We will be aiming to achieve the next level of service with a Platinum Feefo award next year. To earn a Platinum Trusted Service 2024 award, businesses must have won a Gold Trusted Service for the past three consecutive years.
